Our STEM Camps have different times for each venue, we either run full day camps or Workshop Slots. Children are expected to arrive a little before the start time, this allows us to sort out some admin and carry out some team building exercises to make sure everyone is comfortable. We then run different activities; each focusing on Science, Technology or Engineering with maths incorporated throughout. Students have breaks in the morning where they can eat their own snacks and a lunch break in the afternoon where they can eat their own packed lunch.
We prefer advanced payment in full by bank transfer or PayPal following your receipt of our ProForma invoice, however, settlement of the balance on the day is acceptable by cash, cheque or any credit / debit card. (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) but will require a booking deposit of £10 per child on our acceptance of your registration request.
You can book online for any of our camps.
Students are expected to bring their own morning snack, lunch (must not contain any nuts) and a drink. Please also bring along any medication that your child may require.
We guarantee that at least one member of staff in every camp is first aid trained and will have first aid equipment on site.
All members of staff are STEM enthusiasts and have had an Enhanced DBS check.
The emergency contact number will be displayed on the registration table when you drop your child off in the morning.
Yes of course, but they are not allowed to use their phone unless they ask permission from the camp leader. This prevents theft or loss and unauthorised images being taken of the other children at the camp.
